01Services and quotes

Package contents and prices are listed on our pricing page. Custom work is described in a written quote before it starts.

Timelines are agreed during planning and depend on timely feedback and content from you.

02Payments

Package prices are one-time unless a term is stated, such as hosting. Payment terms are confirmed in your order or quote.

03Revisions

Each package states its revision allowance. Changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

04Ownership

Once your order is paid in full, you own the final deliverables and receive the complete source files listed in your package.

Third-party items such as stock images, fonts, plugins or platforms remain subject to their own licences.

05Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any text, images, logos or data you provide to us for your project.

06Portfolio

Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio and on social media.

07Liability

We take care to deliver accurate, working results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

08Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
